ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS.
Once your payment has been accepted and approved, your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days,
Once the package has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gazelle Designs L.L.C. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address or a specified address and you did not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must reported it to the USPS and file a claim.
